Accounting Officer - Jakarta

Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to:

- Managing the monthly Advertising Expense and Trading term process is running smoothly, accurate and done within agreed time frame.
- Perform the reconciliation of marketing expenses with general ledger
- Perform the realization of marketing activities into the available system
- Perform the verification between the incoming invoices of marketing activities vs marketing approved
- Solution to every escalated advertising, trading term and pricing issues from Help Desk as the 2nd level application support
- Providing leadership through performance based management for the respective employees in the Sales & Marketing Accounting Team.
- Continuously improve and provide support for National and Operations team in doing the MAA creation, Realization process, Tax Nominative List create and connection and month end process.
- To be responsible for managing the processing of marketing promotional expense for both Modern Trade and General Trade.
- To be responsible in managing the collect ability of promotion support from Coca-Cola Indonesia and Beverage Partner Worldwide Indonesia
- Prepare, monitor, and control the annual DME and D&A Trading Term expenses to ensure expenditure is in line with the business plan.
- Providing the marketing promotion, trading term and pricing related activities schedule to others related third parties.
- To respond & accommodate the needs and inquiry of Strategic Planning and Sales & Marketing team in Operations and National Office related to marketing promotion scope and proactive on providing related accounting treatment needed.
- To be responsible in monitoring the deployment of system enhancement to ensure that the solution is meet with the requirement.
- Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken.

Requirements
To be successful for the above role, the ideal incumbent should have the following qualifications:

- Minimum S1 degree from reputable university, preferably majoring in Accounting or Finance or other economics area
- Minimum 2 years working experience in other companies after completing university or at least seven years experience in CCAI finance organization.
- Experience in participating in implementation and support of business application such as BASIS, ORACLE, Hyperion, MAA and/ or PPA database will be advantage.

Technical Competencies required:
- P/L Statements, Balanced Statements Knowledge of business application, such as BASIS, Oracle, Essbase/ Hyperion, MAA database, PPA database and Tax Nominative List
- Strong analytical and influencing skills are required to identify business improvement opportunities and drive change.
- Good common sense inunderstanding relevant business issues and ability to stimulate results.

Data Centre Operator - Cibitung

Job Descriptions
- In this function, you will be in charge to support activities in Data Centre area that are governed by the agreed Standard Operating Procedures. This position is challenged to provide an optimum service to the business through an accurate execution of given tasks at minimum human error and the ability to bring improvement in this area. Provide first level support in data center area to user’s request, problems encountered by users and any suggestions on troubleshooting.

Apart from the above duties, the incumbent will also be responsible to:

- Monitoring availability and performance of all platforms and other equipments and the infrastructure in Data Centre Room and Disaster Recovery Room as KPI
- Executing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly processes based on the most updated and agreed Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintaining documentation of Job sheet and any detail procedure that related to the DC operator jobs.
- Following up with Helpdesk & second level support for any problem that related to Production Environment that include application and IT Infrastructure to provide best service level to the business
- Assisting and monitoring error messages and other operator controls to ensure maximum availability and efficiency of system.
- Working with internal IT or third party to monitor and provide assistance on maintenance process of the equipments in Data Centre Room
- Assisting Infrastructure Service Specialist - Data Centre to improve processes in Data Centre area through various approved initiatives by management
- Be involved in proactive monitoring the servers and Telecommunication links, including first level problem determination.
- Able to work under shift, 7 X 24.

Requirements
Ideally, the successful candidates should have to following requirements:
- Holding a minimum of Bachelor degree (S1) preferably in Computer Engineering from recognized institution
- Having a minimum of 1 - 2 years as Data Centre Operator or system operator

- Technical competencies required:
- Require a broad range of skills covering multi platform which primary focus in the System -I, UNIX and Win 2008 environment

- System I fundamentals including system and application access, basic commands, and basic file and data management.
- Telecommunications fundamentals (including TCP/IP networking, modem, and network fundamentals)

Master Data Analyst SAP - Jakarta

Job Descriptions
- This position will primarily focus on Master Data Governance, Solutions Delivery, Performance Monitoring and Business Process improvement in Master Data Management through development and deployment of Company Master Data Standards and Protocols, Validation Rules, Scorecard, Business Exception Criteria and Administration procedure.
- The role of Master Data Analyst aimed to ensure that CCAI business across Indonesia is supplied with excellent quality of data which is critical to ensure continuity of its business and to enable management & decision makers to rely and make strategic and tactical business decisions based on this high quality data.

In your capacity as the Master Data Analyst, you will be in charge for the following chores:

- Design and implement Master Data Standards & Protocols, Standard Operating Procedure, User Guide, Service Level Agreement, Validation Rules and Business Processes across CCAI Organization. Ensure that the documents are up to date at all time.
- Provide visibility on issues, opportunities and performance to business through establishment of standard business exception reports and scorecard.
- Identify Business requirement and develop Master Data plans and solutions that add the highest value to the business.
- Partner with other functional groups to ensure the education and the discipline of having quality master file data at all time.
- Ensure sound and continuous improvement in the area of Master Data processes, procedures, systems and tools which enable business to generate more revenue, reduce cost, or improve its services to customer.
- Work with functional department to perform comprehensive regular analysis and compliance audit where appropriate to address master data issues and ensure integrity of master data.
- Deliver solution to every escalated problem from Helpdesk as the 2nd level application support and develop procedure or process to prevent problems from re-occurring.

Requirements
In charge for such a pivotal role, ideally, the incumbent would demonstrate the following qualifications:
- S1 Degree from well known university in master data management, information management, industrial engineering or other related areas with preferably 3 years or greater experience in working with master data management, business support or business applications in an IT department environment
- Have an excellent work management skills in establishing a course of action to accomplish specific goals, planning proper assignments of personnel and appropriate allocation of

IT Information Security Specialist - Jakarta (National Office)

Job Descriptions
- Reporting to IT Information Security Manager, the successful candidate will support CCAI to establish
- IT security and controls in order to ensure that the entire IT system is operating at appropriate security level by assessing systems, controls and develop necessary mitigation strategy.

The incumbent would be exposed to the following challenges:

Information Security
- Monitor and Enhance IT security protocol and the appropriate controls are in place to ensure CCAI systems and information is protected. From time to time assist in the development of security protocols and control
- Monitor and enhance IT security system to ensure that the IT system is operating at the appropriate security level. From time to time assist in the development of security systems and control
- Monitor and enhance regulatory compliance controls to provide guidance for IT related areas

IT Security Audit
- Drive resources to complete the security audit review to ensure IT systems and solutions align company policy and appropriate regulations

IT Security Planning
- Plan and prioritize long-term and short-term IT security needs of the CCAI to align with the overall IT planning

Business Improvement
- Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity

- Identify security exposures that and systems that could impact or reduce operating costs

IT Performance Monitoring
- Evaluate overall IT security posture in order to ensure security performance

Qualifications
In charge for the mentioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:

- Having minimum bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Possess minimum 3 - 5 years of SAP Security experience and exposure working experience in Information security area

Technical competencies:
