Tax Department - Jakarta

Job Description
- Plan and control the jobs related to tax matters in order to respect the HSE policies and procedures
- Guarantee that Company tax and contractual obligation is accordance with tax law, regulation, degree in order to prevent or minimize tax exposure
- Responsible on all tax documentations and procedures, be determined properly and timely, in compliance with contractual agreement and also with the prevailing Tax Regulations
- Focal point of Total E & P Indonesie for tax matters to deal with BPMIGAS, IPA Sub Tax Committee, DGT, MOF/BKF. Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) MIGAS, Tax Court, Government and Statutory Auditors, Partners, Vendors and other internal divisions
- Manage human resources for tax aspects covering man power planning, training plan, and performance appraisal

Required Skills
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Finance or Accounting or Taxation
- Minimum 10 years experience in Finance or Accounting or Taxation
- Tax Certification

Compensation & Benefit Officer - Jakarta

Job Description
- Conduct the jobs related to compensation & benefit operations, to respect the HSE policies & procedures
- Analyze and organize Performance Appraisal exercise, to provide the compilation of Performance Appraisal rating and performance potential matrix of all Total E & P Indonesie divisions to be used for personnel performance assessment
- Analyze and organize Yearly Salary Review exercise, to provide the analysis of salary increase of Total E & P Indonesie employees
- Analyze and organize Job Grading changes in regards to employees promotion
- Analyze and conduct the Compensation & Benefit studies, to meet prevailing law and regulation incorporated with Industrial Relation functions
- Develop Compensation & Benefit policy / guidelines to support Compensation & Benefit exercises in ensuring that its aspects are under control and in line with the prevailing regulations

Required skills
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
- GPA min. 2,75
- At least has 3 years of working experience in Compensation and Benefit, preferably in oil and gas company
- Good English proficiency
