Requirements:
- Hold min S1 in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
- Experienced Supervisor / Chief engineer in high rise building management min. 4 years or senior Maintenance staff min. 5 years
- Able to analyze and provide solutions to the problems of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
- Systematic, analytical and workmanlike
- Responsible and dedicated

Supervisor Housekeeping (SH)

Requirements:
- Male, min S1
- Experienced min 4 years as Supervisor Housekeeping in high rise building
- Have a good leadership and relationship
- Responsible and dedicated

Facility Manager

Requirements:
- Male, min S1 (preferably from electrical engineering)
- Experienced min 10 years as Facility Manager
- Have a good knowledge in Building Management
- Responsible and dedicated
